1 General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tk pk platform and its users. By using this website or mobile application, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

tk pk provides online casino and sports betting services for adult users residing in Bangladesh. Participation on this platform is entirely voluntary and at the user's own discretion.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

tk pk may initiate an identity verification process at any time in the interest of safety and security. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are advised to change your password regularly. If you believe your account details have been compromised, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

tk pk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it is directly caused by tk pk's own fault. Avoid logging in from unrecognized devices or networks.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or lending an account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both accounts will be terminated.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on tk pk via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum limit depends on the account level and verification status.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. tk pk reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited on tk pk must come from a fully legal source. If any suspicious transaction is detected, tk pk may suspend the relevant user's account pending verification.

4.4 While a Bonus is Active

If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the active bonus and its associated wagering requirement will be cancelled entirely. After the bonus is cancelled, the original deposit portion can be withdrawn.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To cash out this bonus, a wagering requirement must be met: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

tk pk offers various promotions from time to time, such as the weekly tk pk Deposit Festival (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x), cricket season benefits (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x), Monday Fresh Start (20% bonus, up to ৳3,000, wagering 15x), birthday rewards, and friend referral bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If the bonus system is abused in any way — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or collecting bonuses through any other deceptive method — tk pk may cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a fixed validity period. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings earned using the bonus will be forfeited.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and event. If a bet exceeds the defined maximum limit while an active bonus is in place, that bet may be voided.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical issue with a game or system causes an incorrect result to be displayed, tk pk reserves the right to declare that bet void. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error will not be paid out.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match is abandoned, postponed, or does not finish within the scheduled time, tk pk reserves the right to make a decision regarding the relevant bets. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are cancelled and the original stake is refunded.

6.4 Live Casino

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the data stored on the tk pk server will be considered final. Server logs take precedence over data on the user's local device.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk pk platform:

• Opening two or more accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
• Placing bets through fraudulent means or attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Using or impersonating another user's identity
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Attempting to breach the security systems of the tk pk platform
• Selling an account to another person or allowing another person to use it
• Any attempt to fix or manipulate game results

If any user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, tk pk reserves the right to take appropriate action and, if necessary, notify law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Closure and Restrictions

8.1 tk pk's Authority

tk pk may temporarily or permanently close any account at any time without providing a reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations. Before closing an account, an attempt will be made to return any verified balance.

8.2 Closure at User Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. You are advised to settle all pending bets and withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.2 User's Own Responsibility
